In a massive update on the Brown University shooting and the separate killing of an MIT Professor, police say the two incidents are connected and they have identified a suspect.
A building is currently surrounded in Salem, NH. Police linked a rental car to the suspect, and linked that rental car to both crime scenes; the Brown University Shooting and the MIT Professor shooting two days later.
A news conference is happening tonight, but the time is not yet determined. It was originally scheduled for 4pm EST.
